1. Nature of Product

All programs offered on this website are purely educational in nature.
We do not collect funds for investment purposes or manage customer capital.
Upon successful payment, users are granted access to digital learning materials.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment
Technical error resulting in non-delivery of access
Accidental double charge
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
Refunds will not be granted if a substantial portion of the program content has already been accessed or completed.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
We do not issue cash refunds or transfers to alternate accounts.
