3. Program Access
a. Upon successful payment, users will receive access to digital program materials.
b. Access details may be delivered via email or user account login.
c. Program access is granted for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
d. We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse, sharing, or unauthorized distribution is detected.

4. Pricing and Payments
a. All program prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless otherwise stated.
b. Prices may change without prior notice. Promotional pricing (such as Early Enrollment offers) may be available for a limited time.
c. By completing a payment, you authorize us to charge the full program fee to your selected payment method.
d. All online payments are securely processed through PayHere (Sri Lanka).
We do not store or have access to your full card or banking details.
e. In the event of a pricing error or suspected fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse enrollment.

5. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on this website.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property
a. All content on this website, including videos, text, graphics, branding, and program materials, is the intellectual property of DiFi Labs Academy.
b. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, record, or share any content without prior written permission.
c. Unauthorized distribution of paid content may result in legal action.

7. No Financial Guarantees
While our programs aim to provide structured understanding of decentralized finance systems:
We do not guarantee profits or financial success.
